We find ourselves in uncertain times and are still unsure of the full impact of Coronavirus (COVID – 19). I wanted to reach out to you personally and reassure you that UR STAY are committed to doing all that we can and have put measures in place to ensure the safety of your employees, consultants, our guests and own personnel.
During this period we have amended our green policy on multi use toiletries and have replaced them with smaller individual cleansers, arranged for rubbish to be collected; if so desired, in-house guests can now order food/supplies which can be delivered direct to their apartment knowing that they are in a secure, safe environment which offers spacious fully equipped accommodation and should they wish to work from their temporary “home from home” then fast Wi-Fi is provided along with many other amenities
Our cleaning staff have also been debriefed and are using extra precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment. Which includes the use of protective gloves when cleaning each apartment and the use of anti-bacterial wipes to wipe down remote controls, door handles, light switches and sockets.
Our doors remain open and where possible we are offering free upgrades to larger apartments for those who will be staying with us for more than a few nights. Our excellent customer services team have committed to being available 24/7 so please do not hesitate to contact us; we are here to help and will also keep our Facebook page updated on any changes.
